Apple forced to pay out in battery lawsuit

This is very important for any 1st, 2nd or 3rd generation Ipod Owners, Check it out.
American iPod owners have won the right to have their iPod’s battery replaced at Apple’s expense.
This is really good news, I was a little dissapointed when I finally looked into all the battery life issues in the past. I don’t know that the problem has been fixed for my Ipod Photo, but the fact that they are being penalized for the past ones should help matters.
