VMware Player with your own Windows XP Professional Virtual Machine

This was submitted to digg sometime ago, I have finally had an opportunity to play around with it and must say that it was impressive and easy. The configuration requires a few tricks, but it is stable. Not bad for a free version of vmware. I have been using Microsoft’s Virtual PC for the past year; however, this is a nice alternative.
