A+E Interactive: Best Buy’s response to Xbox 360 bundling complaints

I am typically a big fan of Best Buy; however, after and leading up to the release of the Xbox 360 they really blew it. Why can’t they just advertise what they intend to sell. It was a bunch of crap. The above link to is the response to complaints. It is a start, but not enough! I did email them and complain when the story broke and wish I could give up on Best Buy, unfortunately for so many things, they are the only local source at a reasonable price.
