This is a good article by Gamespot about the Xbox 360 inventories. Microsoft “aware” of 360 shortages - News at GameSpot.
Is it possible that Microsoft that Microsoft wanted to run out of product very quickly. Sometimes it is a good idea to have incredibly high demand that can be accentuated by low supply. Or, perhaps Microsoft has not fully put the device into production in anticipation of some or many of the problems being discovered in the market place.
Experts Exchange

I have been using Experts Exchange for approximately a 1.5 years now and I have been very pleased. It is a support community for software development, database design, database administration and more. Some of the channels cover software applications such as Quark, Word, Excel, etc. Other channels focus on server technologies such as SQL, Exchange, MySQL, etc.
For $9.99 per month (discounted when purchased as an annual subscription) it has been a great value. The way it works is as a paying member you are entitled to post unlimited questions to any channels. You assign a point value to your question and accept the best answer. Accepting an answer awards the points to the expert. The points experts earn can be used to ask questions instead of paying for a subscription. With an subscription you are able to search all of the questions and answers aswell.
I have used the site to get assistance with Visual Basic programming questions, MS Access and SQL questions and much more. I would definately recommend this site and service to anyone.
MS Virtual Server 2005

I have been working with MS Virtual Server 2005 a lot recently. I must say, overall it is a nice and efficient solution. Although it has some limitations that do not exist in VMWare, for the overall cost it is a good solution.
I am running five servers on one server. The box has a few IDE hard drives, 4 gig of memory and a 2.8 ghz processor. Aside from the memory, it is not an impressive box, but it runs all the servers with surprisingly high performance.

Who cares! How much of what is in there will be there at release time. What am I supposed to like about this new OS. Microsoft, stop making operating system for idiots. People are smarter than that. We do not need you to protect us from ourselves. Not to mention those stupid enough not to protect themselves or to need protection deserve to struggle.
